Be our next Locadian

<html><head></head><body><div><strong>About Us</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Locad is a technology-led fulfillment platform that connects e-commerce brands to a network of warehouses, carriers and sales channels through one system. Our TX fulfillment center serves US direct-to-consumer brands across apparel, home goods, beauty and wellness, handling inbound receiving, storage, pick-pack, D2C/B2B shipments and returns.</div>
<div><br>The site runs with a partner warehouse team on the floor and Locad owning the brand relationship. This role is Locad's on-site owner of that relationship: the person brands trust to get their inventory live, their orders out and their problems solved.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div>
<div><br>You will own the brand experience at Mesquite, from a brand's first inbound shipment to its day-to-day orders, returns and escalations. Half of the job is customer success: onboarding new brands, running their daily communication and keeping them informed and confident. The other half is operations: understanding what happens on the warehouse floor well enough to spot where a process broke, explain how it affects the brand, and drive the fix.</div>
<div><br>You will share warehouse coordination with our site operations lead. You do not need to run the floor, but you do need to read it: why an ASN can't be closed, why unlabeled or mixed-SKU cartons slow receiving, why a carrier error is holding orders at pack stations. Then you translate that into clear next steps for both the brand and the warehouse.</div>
<div><br>Success looks like brands that go live on time, inventory that matches the system, orders that ship within SLA, and escalations that are resolved before they become a crisis.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>
<div>
<div><strong>Brand onboarding (about 20%):</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead new brands from contract signature to go-live: kickoff calls, timelines, inbound planning and first-shipment readiness.</li>
<li>Understand brand requirements such as VAS, kitting, relabeling, shipping methods and carrier options, and confirm they work with internal teams before the first order ships.</li>
<li>Train brands on the Locad platform, tools and inbound process during onboarding and after go-live.</li>
<li>Report on onboarding status, pipeline progress and projected go-live dates.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
<div><strong>Brand customer success (about 50%):</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of US brands, by our ticketing system, email, calls and messaging apps.</li>
<li>Explain operational problems in plain language: what happened, why, the impact on their orders, and what we need from them.</li>
<li>Run regular check-ins, monthly or quarterly business reviews and site visits with key brands.</li>
<li>Monitor tickets and escalations for patterns, and push for longer-term fixes with internal teams.</li>
<li>Act as the brand's advocate inside Locad, passing feedback to product, operations and commercial teams.</li>
<li>Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities (for example expansions to other countries, activating international shipping, VAS), support renewals, and flag churn risks.</li>
<li>Manage smooth offboarding for churning brands, including final inventory reconciliation and outbound.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
<div><strong>Warehouse liaison (about 30%, shared with site operations lead):</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Support the warehouse in resolving brand escalations: give them the full context (order details, SKUs, what the brand reported), help them investigate, and follow up until the issue is closed.</li>
<li>Get answers from the brand for the warehouse's open asks, so their work isn't held up.</li>
<li>Pass brand requirements to the warehouse clearly before inbounds and go-lives, so the floor team knows what to expect.</li>
<li>Review the warehouse's daily end-of-day summaries, pending-request lists and ASN statuses, and flag anything that affects a brand's orders or inventory.</li>
<li>Work with the warehouse to find the root cause of errors (receiving, picking, labeling, carrier pickups), agree corrective actions, and then update the brand on what happened and what is being done.</li>
<li>Work with the warehouse returns team to clear backlogs and send brand disposition decisions back to the floor.</li>
<li>Track recurring warehouse issues by brand and push for lasting process fixes rather than one-off workarounds.</li>
</ul>
</div>
</div>
<div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years in a client-facing role at a 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment provider or warehouse operation (account management, customer success, client onboarding or operations coordination).</li>
<li>Has onboarded brands into a warehouse from start to finish: inbound planning, first shipment received, first orders shipped.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of warehouse workflows (receiving and ASNs, put-away, pick-pack, cycle counts, returns, carrier pickups), with the ability to trace an order or inventory error back to where it started.</li>
<li>Day-to-day experience with at least one WMS (Logiwa, ShipHero, Extensiv, ShipBob or similar) and with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.</li>
<li>Strong Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivots and filters to reconcile inventory, track issues and report on SLAs.</li>
<li>Clear written and spoken English. Can explain an operational problem to a brand founder in plain language: what happened, why, the impact on their orders, and what is needed from them.</li>
<li>Stays calm with demanding clients and holds firm on process while keeping the relationship strong.</li>
<li>Organized enough to handle many brands and open issues at once, and closes the loop on each one without being chased.</li>
<li>Able to work full-time on-site in Mesquite, TX, 8AM to 5PM Central, with occasional early, late or peak-season coverage.</li>
<li>Comfortable spending part of each day on an active warehouse floor.</li>
</ul>

Business Development Manager [Philippines]

<html><head></head><body><div><strong>Revenue Operations Specialist</strong></div>
<div><br><em><strong>Build the operating system behind a global B2B revenue engine.</strong></em></div>
<div>Locad operates a global go-to-market motion across the Philippines, Singapore, India, the GCC, the United States, and China. Each region is led by a country director responsible for local sales, operations, and customer success. Revenue Operations is the central function that connects these teams through shared CRM architecture, funnel definitions, metrics, and tooling. Without that central operating system, every region develops its own version of the truth.&nbsp;As our Revenue Operations Lead, you will own that center. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up in a global, multi-region B2B environment, and who is energized by the AI-native evolution of go-to-market operations.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><em>Your mission is straightforward: </em></div>
<div>Help every sales representative become more productive</div>
<div>Give leadership one reliable view of funnel performance<br>Build scalable GTM systems across regions<br>Use automation and AI to increase output without simply adding headcount</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>The Role of AI in Revenue Operations</strong><br>We are not treating AI experience as a checkbox.&nbsp;AI fluency is becoming a core source of leverage in Revenue Operations. The sales teams of the future will not outperform competitors by working longer hours. They will outperform them by operating within systems that automate the right tasks, surface the right signals, and give reps more time for the work that requires human judgment.&nbsp;Building that operating system will be a core part of this role.You do not need to be an AI engineer. You do need to:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Stay current on emerging AI and GTM technologies</li>
<li>Experiment with new tools and workflows</li>
<li>Identify practical, high-impact use cases</li>
<li>Build evidence-based proposals for what is worth integrating</li>
<li>Measure whether those systems improve revenue outcomes</li>
</ul>
<strong>What You Will Own:</strong></div>
<div><br>
<div><strong>Sales Productivity &amp; Enablement Ops&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Audit how reps across regions are using HubSpot today. Find the gaps in playbook adherence, activity logging, and process discipline.</li>
<li>Build the rep &amp; manager dashboards: activity-to-pipeline ratios, ramp time to first deal, quota progress, deal velocity, etc.</li>
<li>Operationalize sales enablement: build account universe, figure out account intel, set-up cadences, routing rules, handoff workflows, etc.</li>
<li>Drive accountability to the playbook. Not just by policing, but by making the right thing the easy thing in the system.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div><strong>Reporting &amp; GTM Analytics</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Build the unified GTM reporting layer: funnel conversion (lead → MQL → SQL → OPP → CLOSED), source-of-pipeline attribution, win/loss patterns, deal velocity by segment, category, geo and other slices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stand up multi-channel attribution in the CRM. Marketing reports into your dashboards, not parallel to them.</li>
<li>Surface insights that leadership can act on: where the funnel is leaking, which segments convert, which channels actually produce revenue, etc.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div><strong>GTM Systems &amp; Tooling</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub: own the architecture. Custom properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, integrations, data hygiene, adoption, etc.</li>
<li>Evaluate and integrate AI-native GTM tools like Clay, Octave, Claude, Agentic workflow tools etc to compound rep output without compounding headcount.</li>
<li>Keep the data clean. Dedup, enrichment cadence, lifecycle integrity, completeness of critical fields.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Pipeline &amp; Forecast Discipline</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Run the weekly pipeline review and forecast cadence with country directors &amp; sales management.</li>
<li>Build the pipeline coverage model and gap analyses by region.</li>
<li>Begin tightening forecast accuracy in partnership with the country directors.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>The MarkOps slice (small, but yours)</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Marketing owns campaigns and lead generation. You own the plumbing underneath:</li>
<li>Funnel attribution and ‘source of truth’ reporting: the unified MQL/SQL/Opp picture lives in your dashboards.</li>
<li>HubSpot Marketing Hub automation hygiene - lists, segmentation, workflow QA, lifecycle stage logic, dedup.</li>
</ul>
<div>
<div><strong>Who You Are</strong></div>
<div><br>We're open to three different background paths:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>B2B SaaS / B2B Tech RevOps or SalesOps: 3-5 years building GTM systems at a SaaS company. You've already lived through HubSpot or Salesforce administration, funnel reporting, and rep enablement.</li>
<li>Founder's Office: You've been the operating right hand to a founder, owning whatever needed owning. RevOps is the next chapter.</li>
<li>Top Tier Consulting (MBB / Big Four Strategy / similar): Trying to break into B2B SaaS. You've structured ambiguous problems, you understand business mechanics, and you want to build operating systems instead of decks.</li>
<li>Whichever path you came from, these traits are non-negotiable:</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div><strong>Must-have</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on with CRM &amp; Marketing Automation systems (bonus points if Hubspot). You configure your own workflows, fields, logic, and reports - you don't open a ticket with an agency.</li>
<li>Excel/Sheets fluency at a high level: pivot tables, lookups, modeling.</li>
<li>Self-starter. You can take a vague problem and turn it into a working system without someone holding your hand.</li>
<li>Voracious learner. You teach yourself new tools, frameworks, and mental models on your own time.</li>
<li>Genuine curiosity about the business - you want to understand what drives revenue, not just operate the dashboards.</li>
<li>Comfortable across timezones. The global teams will need you flexible - early/late calls with the U.S., normal hours with SEA/India/GCC.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div><strong>Nice-to-have (and increasingly important)</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI-native GTM tools: Clay, Octave, Apollo AI, Claude, Regie, Glean, agentic workflow builders.</li>
<li>A point of view on how AI is reshaping RevOps. We're not looking for prompt-engineering theatre. We're looking for someone who has actually wired A.I. into a GTM workflow and seen it move a number.</li>
<li>Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).</li>
</ul>
</div>
</div>
</div></body></html>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement packaging standards effectively across operations.</li>
<li>Conduct Time-in-Motion studies to analyze workflows, establish productivity benchmarks, and recommend process optimizations.</li>
<li>Support and maintain the 5S program by conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying improvement areas.</li>
<li>Promote team awareness and engagement to sustain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment</li>
</ul>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
</div>
<div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools</li>
<li>Proficient in data analysis and process mapping</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset, with a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies</li>
</ul>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>What You'll Gain</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience mapping end-to-end business workflows and conducting root-cause analyses on live processes.</li>
<li>Direct cross-functional exposure working alongside team leads</li>

Operations Intern

<html><head></head><body><h3><strong>Location:</strong></h3>
<div>Makati City, Philippines (Onsite) Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday Work Setup: 5 days onsite</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for an AU Operations Executive to be the day-to-day operational link between our Manila team and our Australia-based warehouse partner. This role keeps AU fulfillment running smoothly — monitoring SLAs, resolving issues before they escalate, and making sure our clients and their customers get the service they expect.</p>
<p>You will work Sydney hours from our Makati office, which means your day starts early. In return, you will have high visibility into a key growth market and real ownership over how AU operations perform.</p>
<div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate daily with our Australia-based warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations</li>
<li>Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns, and flag risks before they become escalations</li>
<li>Work closely with the CS team to resolve order and shipment issues, ensuring customers get timely updates</li>
<li>Track and report on key operational metrics (order accuracy, turnaround time, exceptions) for the AU market</li>
<li>Escalate warehouse or carrier issues to the right internal and external stakeholders, and follow through to resolution</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation of processes, exceptions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement</li>
<li>Support ad hoc projects related to AU operations as the business scales</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination-heavy role</li>
<li>Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila — this is a firm requirement, not a preference</li>
<li>Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with warehouse partners and internal CS teams</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through; SLAs don't manage themselves</li>
<li>Comfortable with data: can read a report, spot a trend, and know when something's off</li>
<li>Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics is a plus</li>
<li>Proficient with tools like spreadsheets and ticketing systems</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>
<h3><strong>Why Locad</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work at the intersection of logistics and technology in a high-growth startup environment</li>
<li>Gain direct exposure to international warehouse and carrier operations</li>
<li>Be part of a team that values ownership, speed, and getting things done</li>
<li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li>
